Electro-Diagnostic Services (EDX)
EDX Direct is a unique, proprietary, professionally managed service that allows physicians to perform electrodiagnostic testing in their office. EDX testing has significant value, they have the ability to look at certain medical conditions from a point of view completely different from that of other tests. EDX testing can therefore discover and pinpoint problems that are invisible to other examinations the physician would perform.
This is critical to diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular disease, causes of pain, tingling and numbness and the ability to study nerve and muscle function. (Note: approximately 4 out of 10 patients are misdiagnosed without the use of EDX Testing).
RMG provides the following to the physician to develop EDX Testing in his clinic:
- Physician / staff training and certification provided.
- Quality control of each test performed, supervised by Board Certified technicians to ensure completeness and quality.
- Physician Over Read Reports are provided in 3-5 working days if requested. Physician is available to discuss reports.
- Assistance in procuring equipment at wholesale cost. Leasing options available. (1 patient per month breaks even on equipment).
- Education on proven CPT codes and answers to billing questions.
- HIPPA compliant database for storage and easy tracking of all reports.
- Automated alerts for annual repeat testing available.
- Custom forms that easily integrate into your practice.
- Access to a library of peer review articles and instructional videos.
Rehab Management Group's EDX Program is a proven, positive addition to select physician's practices – helping to support superior patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Intra Articular Joint Program (IAJP)
Now both you and your Osteoarthritic patients can experience the benefit of RMG's Intra Articular Joint Program (IAJP). Training is provided for the delivery of up to five strategically targeted Viscosupplementation injections under fluoroscopy used in conjunction with specialized rehabilitation programs based on a unique exercise algorithm created to enhance strength and mobility.

Following on-site beta tests of the IAJ program conducted in association with select RMG affiliated practices, participating physicians found that positive outcome assessments were nearly triple that of those achieved from traditional treatment protocols.
Lumbar Osteoarthritis Program (LOP)
Lumbar facet dysfunction or syndrome can be a significant pain generator in many individuals who complain of low back pain, and is considered a form of osteoarthritis of the spine. The lumbar osteoarthritis program (LOP) is designed to provide the physician with education in diagnosing lumbar facet syndrome and training to perform targeted facet joint injections under fluoroscopic guidance. These therapeutic injections performed in combination with lumbar stabilization physical therapy techniques can bring about a synergistic reduction in low back pain caused by facet joint syndrome. The LOP is a tested and proven program that is backed by ongoing education and seminars by experienced physicians in the field of pain management.

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Rehab Management Group utilizes stringent guidelines to help Physicians determine if a referral for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation could be useful for your patient.
The selection of appropriate PM&R methods should be based upon knowledge of the various stages of healing and usage of the appropriate modality/procedure at the proper stage in order to achieve the desired physiological response.
The implementation of physical medicine procedures require the examination, diagnosis and treatment of physical disabilities, movement dysfunction and pain.
Rehab Management Group will educate the attending physician to be prepared to collect relevant patient data, analyze and identify problems, establish appropriate treatment goals and priorities, formulate and implement treatment plans and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy.
Rehab Management Group urges facilities to utilize efficient procedures that allow the physician to give "pin-point and accurate treatment to the areas of pathology. Training of your personnel and procurement of equipment is provided in your clinic.
